Fayetteville, Arkansas

An earthquake occured in NMSZ and felt in Fayetteville, Arkansas at 12:44 a.m. on Saturday, February 3, 1962. It was also felt in Missouri, Kentucky, and Illinois .

The earthquake was followed by a minor tremor about an hour and a half later.

Saint Louis University reported a magnitude 4.2 earthquake that was located about 150 miles south of Saint Louis, Missouri.
